Wedding Packages at McAlister-Leftwich House

If you’ve been around for a bit you know just how gorgeous these two historic homes are! Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to host your wedding here? Here at McAlister-Leftwich, we aim to offer packages that allow you to not only have the perfect day, but to enjoy your day as well! Today we are going to focus on our two wedding package offerings with an additional add on to take advantage of all we have to offer!
McAlister-Leftwich House Wedding Collection
The McAlister-Leftwich Wedding Collection is designed for the couple that wants to host their day at McAlister-Leftwich on a weekend. Offered Friday through Sunday, you will have access to the property from 9am through 11pm. This means that you and your vendors will be able to access the property beginning at 9:00! This allows you time to head to the suites to get ready and relax, while your talented vendor team begins to prep for your day! You will be able to have a wedding for up to 125 guests and can choose between our numerous ceremony and reception locations. We have three indoor ceremony locations, 3 outdoor ceremony locations, space for an indoor reception with cocktail hour, as well as a variety of floor plans for an outdoor reception and cocktail hour. In addition to the day of, you will have access to the property for 2 hours for either an engagement photo session or bridal portraits.
The McAlister-Leftwich Weekend Collection
Do you think you need more access time throughout the weekend? Not a problem! We have an addition for you!
With the Weekend Collection, you’ll have access to the venue from 3:00-10:00 the eve of your wedding. This allows for overnight storage for wedding day apparel and decor. You will also be able to host your rehearsal dinner on site for up to 75 people! Choose between our beautiful indoor or outdoor spaces to host the dinner for your closest family and friends.
You may ask, “How do I know if I’ll need this time?” Talk to your planner! They can help assess if you will need extra time the day before for set up! Also, if you’d like to host your rehearsal dinner at McAlister-Leftwich, this is the perfect package for you!
Dixon Collection: Weekday Weddings
If you are interested in a weekday wedding, we would love to host you! Offered Monday-Thursday, you will have access to the venue from 3pm-11pm. You will be able to host up to 100 of your closest family and friends at your choice of ceremony and reception locations. With a shorter timeline, you are still able to access the Bridal & Grooms Suite to get ready! This package is perfect for the couple that does not want or need the whole day on the weekend.
All wedding packages come with a custom bar, access to our Sonos sound system, event staff to handle all setup, breakdown with maintenance prior to and during the event in order to ensure top notch condition of venue, and access to Venue parking spaces/lot with parking attendant to direct your guests with custom signage (off-site lot upon availability).
