McAlister-Leftwich House Grand Opening in Greensboro, NC

Last July, we celebrated our Grand Opening with the sweetest evening we could have asked for. It was a warm July night and about 120 of our friends, family, clients, and community joined us as we cut the (gorgeous silk) ribbon and officially opened our doors!

We were so lucky to partner with so many Greensboro and Triad event professionals and friends including Marla Lawson Events, Flora Wedding & Event Flowers, 1618 On Location, Greenhouse Picker Sisters, Amanda Castle Photography, Party Tables, CE Rentals, Keen Bee Calligraphy, The Humble Bee Shoppe, Casianna Brown collections, Bellissima NC & Brackish Bowties. Their support and the talent they brought to the table still humbles us!

We began the evening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the front of Leftwich. We were honored to have Councilman Outling and Councilwoman Abuzuaiter in attendance and speak on behalf of the city of Greensboro.

With the ribbon cut, we opened the doors and celebrated! There were so many thoughtful details at every turn, like how Marla incorporated our beloved floral (bathroom!) wallpaper into various design elements like the bar and signage. We honored the history of the buildings by incorporating the stories of the various families who have owned each house in the respective rooms named after them.

Guests enjoyed delicious food, custom cocktails, and exploring the entirety of the homes and property. It made our hearts SO FULL to see so many wonderfully kind and encouraging people enjoying the venue for the first time! Take a look at all of the beautiful images:
